Moving beyond best practice to build what’s next!
Next Practice Consulting helps communities, organizations, and public-sector partners navigate complex social challenges and turn strategy into action. With particular expertise in housing and homelessness, we bring together strategy, systems planning, governance, facilitation, and evaluation to build stronger organizations and more effective responses. Our work is practical, collaborative, equity-centred, and designed for the realities of implementation, not just the planning table.

Facilitation, Evaluation, & Implementation
Turning good conversations and good ideas into meaningful action!
We design facilitation, engagement, evaluation, and implementation processes that help teams make sense of complexity, surface different perspectives, measure what matters, and move from planning into action.
